With this aim, our company was organized in August 1980 pursuant to the Laws regulating this type of activities in Venezuela and in accordance with that stated in the company’s incorporated papers and by-laws. In compliance with that required by law, these documents were published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Venezuela No. 32162 dated 02/04/1981, and the competent institutions authorized our company under Registry No. 39.
