Soluciones Técnicas Aduaneras, C.A. “SOLTECA, C.A.” is a company created to provide a quick, efficient and complete service in all activities related to customs.

With this aim, our company was organized in August 1980 pursuant to the Laws regulating this type of activities in Venezuela and in accordance with that stated in the company’s incorporated papers and by-laws. In compliance with that required by law, these documents were published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Venezuela No. 32162 dated 02/04/1981, and the competent institutions authorized our company under Registry No. 39 to act as a Customs Agent before the Maracaibo Main Maritime Customs Office, La Chinita Secondary Air Customs Office and Paraguachon Border Customs Office.

Today, SOLTECA C.A. has a professional, pro-active and highly efficient working team to manage the customs procedures whose main objective is to achieve our customers’ satisfaction in the shortest period of time possible. To achieve this goal, our company has incorporated new technologies, which allow us to speed up our operations and adapt ourselves to the customs market demands diminishing the customs clear times established in the Customs Organic Law and its Regulations.
